My husband and I moved from Houston to Dallas in the summer of 2007.  Not only were we unfamiliar with the Dallas area, we also had no idea where we would work.  Beginning of March 2007, we were referred to Tony Nuncio to help us find housing.  Due to all the unknowns, we did not give our agent much information to work with; however, he still cleared his calendar and committed his time on the weekends to accommodate us on our visit. 

Since we were not familiar with the Dallas area, he showed us areas and homes in DeSoto, Irving , Plano , Wylie, Addison and Garland to only name a few.  In the end, we decided to build, and since we were still in Houston at the time, Tony worked with the builder on our behalf to ensure there were no construction delays or other problems.  When needed, Tony was a forceful but professional advocate when dealing with builder.  We had a strict deadline with the bank to close by the end of June, and Tony wanted to make sure we met the deadline and not lose our interest rate.  He made all the demands with the builder and as a result the follow up on our end was effortless.  We made very few trips to Dallas during the construction phase because Tony handled all our matters in a professional and efficient matter.  We have been in our home for one year now, and we are very happy with our investment.  We have highly recommended Tony Nuncio to our friends and family so that they can have a wonderful experience when purchasing their dream home as we did.

Wow!! If I had to sum it up in one sentence, it would be “Mr. Nuncio’s real estate services exceeded my expectations in every aspect from the day I met him and we began working together to find my new home.” 

Tony provides a level of service that is high in personal integrity and sincere appreciation and consciousness of what his client is seeking in home ownership.  He has a unique ability of making one feel comfortable while exercising a keen sense of listening for detail, and appropriately advising and coaching when needed.

I had the opportunity to meet Tony on a Sunday afternoon at an open house.  We spoke briefly about what I was looking for and, within that short timeframe, I felt a connection with him.  Why? Because he listened and always acted on what I communicated to him.  Tony and I began my search within about a week of meeting.  I was a very “particular” client and we searched for over six months until we found a “home for my soul”.   I truly believe that one’s home should be a haven of peace and one that embraces the owners.  During the search, Tony was very patient and encouraging.  Owning a home is a blessing, finding the home for your soul is a far greater blessing but not always easily achieved.  My home has everything I was searching for and Tony was not only integral in helping me find it, but was just as excited about it as I was.

Being first-time homebuyers (and newlyweds), we were very fortunate to find Tony Nuncio for a realtor. Initially, we were very nervous about the time frame it would take to sell our property due to the declining state of the housing market, that appeared to be growing worse by the day.  We'd already acquired another property prior to even putting our existing property on the market.  This meant that we would be potentially carrying two different mortgage notes, which would be a huge financial burden. 

In late July 2007, Tony viewed our property and made recommendations on some minor cosmetic adjustments that we needed to make. Shortly thereafter, Tony had the house on the market and he began an aggressive marketing approach. With his exceptional knowledge of the market and our neighborhood, his aggressive advertisement skills, and his ability to draw potential buyers to the home, we had approximately 20 showings in a four week period and three solid offers on the table.

Needless to say, our property was on the market for only 38 days when we executed a contract. If we were to choose one word to describe the level of service Tony provided us, it would be - PHENOMENAL!
